Sam the Sitemaker is headed by Sam Penner, who is our president and technical chief. Sam s theories of customer service and technical know-how combine to create a philosophy whereby we address our clients needs by assigning the most efficient and skilled staff for each particular support task.

Support Staff

SSM s staff includes technical wizards with years of experience in all aspects of computer operation and Web site design and management, supported by highly experienced consultants in graphics, marketing, writing and editing, and other disciplines required to design, install, maintain, update, and manage your Web site.

Systems Administrator
Cary Livingston has 20 years professional experience in Systems Administration and Network Engineering with a focus on website hosting and security. He maintains numerous professional certificates from firms such as Cisco Systems, Red Hat, and Microsoft. Cary's expertise includes Linux/Apache and Windows/IIS website hosting, custom application coding/scripting, search engine optimization, and PCI compliant online payment systems. In his free time Cary enjoys hiking, swimming, and attending security conferences.
